Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us run Jop, under agreements that limit their use of it to providing services to us. Some of our service providers store or process data outside Rwanda. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to protect that information in line with applicable data protection law.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Jop platform, and for a reasonable period afterward where required to meet legal, accounting, security or reporting obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
Security
We use encryption, access controls and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including for health-related and authentication-related content submitted through the platform.
Children
This website and the Jop platform are intended for organizations and professional use, and are not directed at children.
